Duckdose Shipping Policy


All orders on duckdose come with FREE Express Mail Service (EMS) shipping whenever possible. Occasionally, due to shipment control we may have to opt for Regular Mail Service (RMS) instead. Your order ships out within 24 hours, unless it is a public holiday, or a Sunday.

You will receive a notification email along with your tracking number once it ships out. Please note that tracking numbers from our courier (Indian Postal Service) will take 24-48 hours to come online. However, this does not in anyway delay your shipment, as your package starts making its way towards you once we issue the tracking number. Shipping times range from 7-21 days, depending on your location.

In the event your package is held at customs, we will proactively notify you via your registered email address (or mobile number if provided). You may then opt for a reshipment at no cost, or a full refund! This is duckdose’s Get Quackin’ promise. It is important you enter correct contact information so that we can reach you for such matters. All contact information is stored securely via our offshore hosting to ensure greater privacy.

Our shipping guarantee is only intended to cover shipment and customs-related issues. In the event an incorrect address is provided, or multiple attempts to deliver your package fails, we will not be able to provide a refund or reshipment.

By default, all packages ship with a requirement for an authorized person present at your delivery address to sign for the package. This forms a big part of our Get Quackin’ promise as it is how we ensure that your package ends up in the right hands. In the event no one is able to sign for the package, couriers will usually leave a note to inform you of the failed delivery attempt, and outline options on how to reschedule a delivery or self-collect the package at your local post office.

Sometimes, this might not work for you. In this case, you can leave a special note when ordering to instruct the couriers to drop off the package. However, under this option, we will not be able to provide a refund or reshipment if your package is taken by an unintended recipient. We’ve recently had issues where local courier services do not follow the directions to drop off without signature. This is beyond our control, and until further notice, we are offering non-signature delivery on a best efforts basis.

We are currently not able to ship directly to the following countries: Brazil, Canada, Estonia, French Guiana, Iceland, India, New Zealand, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Africa, Taiwan, United Arab due to tougher import controls.

If you are in one of the countries listed above, consider using a UK or U.S.A  package forwarding service. In this case, simply place your order, and input your billing address as the package forwarder’s mailing address assigned to you.

Please note that our shipping guarantee only covers the shipment route to your package forwarder’s mailbox address.
